    Bodarc ... You are partially correct.
    Although few and far between, there are some "State Compacts"
    that (at least) allow TORTS to go forward; e.g. Florida.
    That may or may not have anything to do with criminal offenses.
    In any case, it normally does not apply RE: Native American Enterprises.

    I was backed off (told I could no longer play blackjack)in 2006, played a couple times short sessions since then. This incident happened 2011.
