How can I open an investigation?

Against a particular casino to see if they are not cheating? I know the variance of the game, i know there's up and downs, but there's only one place that I struggle with and I win everywhere else. There's this one store, where I always seem to lose. Every other store I play at, I go down at times, but always win in the end. But this other store where I lose at, im highly suspect they are stacking the deck with low cards, it's just incredible the amount of BS I see, this surely cant be a coincidence. Theres a store where I literally won about 20 times in a row as well as other stores that I travel to that I also never lose at, but when I come to this store I lose.

Does anyone know how I can hire an investigator to investigate the games they are offering here? Advice please.

It's doubtful that you are being cheated. But which state is the casino in? Is it Indian or commercial?

At the store where you've won 20 times in a row, has it occurred to you that they may be cheating in your favor? :-)

It's funny how human nature works: if you win 20 times in a row, hey, it's coming to you. If you lose 20 times in a row, they're cheating!

If you believe you are being cheated than don't play that casino. It may be variance. It may be that you don't understand factors that contribute to poor results. Regardless of why, limit visits to that casino until things change. I have had the same thing happen at some of the theoretically best games. It was more like not winning or losing much. The place had the best rules and pen but was always crowded and was a sweat shop. Part of the issue was no doubt playing a sweatshop had smaller session sizes. Crowding was also a major issue. Insurance drew the heat like the surface of the sun so it was never taken. I still thought I should crush such a sweet game. I don't waste my time there anymore.

Let's not be too absolute. There are players that have pulled significant funds out of burn joints.

Losing, in and of itself, isn't evidence of cheating.

It's funny that you say you never lose, that you always win. If you stay till you come out ahead, I bet the length of your sessions vary a lot. Some of us, who play short sessions, win or lose, probably win 3 out of 5 such sessions but if we want to risk being backed off, I suppose we could play marathon sessions if we are behind, eventually come out ahead and claim we win 90% of our sessions.

Zee, you're on point. Win percentage can be manipulated through session length. Confine your sessions to some predetermined length such as 39 or 60 minutes, and quit when the alarm goes off. Your win percent rage is likely to drop.

Also agree. Winning most sessions is not only a poor goal -- it is probably a negative, long run goal.

I have to look at the 'skew' of sessions some time. I have always assumed that a straight-counter with short sessions should have a majority of losing sessions, but larger winning sessions for an overall gain.

    See Skewness.

I agree with Norm. Winning has become so easy that I have to manufacture losses by leaving just because I am behind or trying to not win as much as I used to at any sitting. There are always those sessions were you play one shoe and win too much. That can't be avoided. Eventually the losses come no matter what but when you are doing really well over a long period of time you have to do something to keep your longevity. It is all one giant session. Your choices on when to move to another game shape your history with the casinos. You can choose when to make these arbitrary breaks that are just imaginary breaks for that one giant session. Choose wisely when you are concerned with longevity and are winning far too frequently. You can change the appearance of you history without changing expectation for that one giant session.

    I agree.

If you observe that 20 straight shoes hit the cut card with a significantly positive running count, that would be much better evidence of cheating than observing 20 straight losing sessions. This is especially true if you suspect that they are removing big cards and/or adding little cards.
