The blackjack survey that the Wizard has posted has all of the Caesars properties offering low limit 3/2 games outside of the party pit. I find this hard to believe especially with how bad Caesars financial situation is. Can anyone confirm/deny?

Becareful of Harrah's Philly 8 deck blackjack games. I did a lot of computer and simulation for the low limit 8 deck S17 DAS LS games at Harrah's Philly. I found that it is hard to get a SCORE of over 50 at 81% (1.5 decks cut off) penetration with the play all approach spreading 1-24 units even using a count with an ace-side count like Hi-OPTII. Using play all to get a SCORE of over 50 the penetration must bet at least 88% one deck cut off. Which is common in Harrah's Philly sometimes depending on the dealer. Otherwise you need to table hop table hop and wong out of negative counts.
" ... every table at the Horseshoe in Baltimore but finding a table less than $25 can be more of a chore."
A Maryland based friend of mine was at the Horseshoe in Baltimore yesterday.
He tells me that the lowest stakes BJ is $25 and OVER 2 decks are cut-off.
The same as when I was there > a month ago.
Just to confirm, is this question just about Vegas, or CET properties countrywide? As far as Vegas goes, I have seen 8D H17 games on the main floor like at LINQ, that are 3:2 that are $10 and $15 during the day, and $25 at night.
They are rare, but they are there. Just ask a floor person and they can usually tell you where they are.
