    AP host

I usually contact a random casino host before my arrival to arrange telegraph transfer/hotel/comp etc. What happens to the host after I am outed as an AP and the casino is down 200k?

does he get the sack? eased out? no more future promotion?

Hosts in many places are paid based on your theo, not on your result. They are paid to get action into the casino, not to evaluate the skill of the players. If I were a casino host I would set up all of my card counter friends with new clean players cards and tell them to have at it. Even if I were paid on trip win/loss I would make money because on a trip to trip basis card counter results are not really that much different from regular players... 55-45 vs 45-55 so I still make money based on variance. Hosts want the action, the long term results are none of their business.
