That is certainly a major expense to overcome for most BJ players.

But most trips require a flight and car rental. I don't understand the issue.

Max bet of $1000 works. "Checks play" is not called out in Wendover.

The majority of players on this forum play at their local casinos,
irrespective of the (often) poor quality of the games / table conditions.

On this forum we have many players who bridle at the notion of spending
a few dollars for a good book or computer application.

    Betting
green and red, the idea of coughing up $400 to $800 in expenses
they may be unable to justify.

I don't think this is a fair characterization.

I (slightly) edited my post. I think that my comment is fair.

    RE: Post #20

I just finished surfing the 'net for East Coast Flights Round Trip to Salt Lake City.

Those tickets, sans the requisite rental car, for all dates in January on Southwest Airlines,

[generally cheapest from my home airport] had prices between $1250 and $1,350.

So, while I stated $800, it appears that the cost would be approximately $1,400.

    Don,

Here is the SCORE I got using CVCX for Hi-lo-full (Play All)

    Hi-lo Full
    1 deck: 39/52 H17 DAS (Play All)
    Spread SCORE
    1-2 92.58
    1-3 158.99
    1-4 205.72

Why is the SCORE lower in BJA3, p. 176?

Sim Data in Blackjack Attack 3rd Edition

    Hi-lo Full
    1 deck: 39/52 H17 DAS (Play All)
    Spread SCORE
    1-2 72.83
    1-3 133.13
    1-4 176.55

Something seems wrong to me seriousplayer. Using play all and a cut card, those SCORES seem very high especially with such small spreads as 2 or 3.

Please check the SCORE for Hi-lo-full in CVCX?

f you are playing single-deck,half-deck resolution is not acceptable for a TC calculation.

What resolution should I use quarter deck? I did my index generation in half deck resolution for a TC calculation but CVCX I use quarter deck to simulate the strategy for 1,2 decks resolution.

The Hi-lo-Full sim came with CVCX when I purchased it so I am just reproducing it from there.
