So what is your point KJ? That people who leave this site or never join are people that tend to make up the most outrageous BS and therefore we can trust their word. Do you actually believe them? Are these types of people that attack with all kinds of childish and outlandish BS in obvious temper tantrums when they don't get their way people whose advice we can trust especially when they passionate about something? The average person learns the type of person that does these things are not ones to trust when they speak about their passion. They no longer seek the truth but rather make up anything they think will help them spread their passion to others. When all else fails they resort to personal attacks on those with opinions that differ from theirs.

Those that study history have learned the folly of following such zealots. All you need to do is look at history; the Crusades, the Holocaust, the Spanish inquisition etc. The list is endless and those that learn from history learn to dismiss these types of messengers. Your comment seems to glorify them. Have any of these people you mention or don't mention let any of this go or are they the types that carry close to their hearts the crap that one should let go of for the sake of happiness and mental health allowing it to infect their soul and then spew the disgusting puss from the infection into everyones ears expecting us to listen. What is wrong with the people that enjoy hearing this puss? Are their souls just as infected as those that hold the crap they should do their best to leave behind as excrement like it was gold. Now you keep coming back trying to sow discord and expecting people to follow the same insanity. It looks like the rest of the crazy people already left. The ones that are left just want to exchange ideas and help one another. They respect each others positions whether they agree with them or not. In most cases there is no overall right answer since that differs from one individual to another.

You claim people here are trying to get newbies to follow their custom counts. I am not aware of anyone releasing their custom counts for public consumption. Even if the newbie or anyone else wanted to try them they can't because they are not available. Somehow in your deluded mind you decided, and are apparently spewing it all over the internet, that newbies are attempting these counts in droves when the counts aren't even available to the masters of the game or the newbies. That shows just how far your fantasy has gone. Everyone here tells the newbies to learn an easy count first and then concentrate on learning the non counting aspects of being a successful AP before doing anything else. That takes a very long time to do. The more you post misinformation to them the more the correct information is posted and that seems to set you off. If you don't like having the corrections posted stop posting misinformation. At times DonS got tired of the misinformation and corrected you as did Norm. I will correct you as well as will most everyone else that knows the truth.

Talk about a 5% gain from complexity and the 14%-20% number will correct you with the proof to back it up. Talk about errors like everyone has the same tendency for errors and the truth that some are error prone will others wouldn't set foot in a casino until they could play perfectly no matter how hard the task. The attitude of the error prone has them trying to skate by with the least amount of effort and the perfectionist wants to get the most out of everything. It is a no brainer what types of counts the bulk of the error prone and the perfectionist tend to gravitate to. That has the biggest effect on the error rate of players using each type of count. You always talk about the human factor but fail to truly factor it into your take on error rate. No matter what count a perfectionist chooses they will probably play it as near perfect as anyone plays any count. No matter what count a less driven people use they will tend to make errors. For them simpler counts are all they should consider but they will still be error prone with them but just make far fewer errors than with a more complicated approach.

This site has absolutely become an intolerable cess pool with most decent contributors now either abandoning or lurking at this point and you're all (norm, tthree, KJ, freightman) responsible for it, who knows to what extent and who cares. Actually it was trying to show you how to avoid having the posts that seem to set you off being posted.They are corrections of your misinformation posts so if you stop posting incorrect things to try to prove your case they won't be posted at all.
