"1.) sit at a table and cop an attitude when they make bad plays (obviously an act)."
I disagree, the above line, not only could possibly lead to drawing unwanted attention to the table, and yourself, but can also lead to a sudden unwanted confrontation, which could also happen anyway. Just ignore the other player and accept the player will help or hurt you 50% of the time.
"2.) play only heads up"
I would prefer one other person at the table so I can sit out some neg count hands, and let the other person eat up some cards.
"3.) hype the dealer up(if they know BS) and make it a point to have the dealer tell the idiot(s) every time the other players are making BS mistakes (tip $1-$2 bucks and throw a comment out there like "Paul is a good dealer, he'll help you out next time")."
I disagree, Ignore, and stay out of it. Toking the dealer every time for giving advice to a ploppy every time the idiot makes a mistake is crazy. Not to mention you are giving up huge chunks of your + EV with those tips.
"4.) suck it up and watch them lose their $, as you are sitting at the table playing only neutral or +TCs."
Excellent advice.
