Well you just have to decide if this is cut out for you or not. If you decide it is, you're just going to have to handle the swings as tough as it is.

Well my chance of having a losing month is approximately one in four (25). If I have five consecutive losing months, I will probably reassess my playing future.
I.... feel so right doing the Wong thing!!! 9-5! 9-5! 9-5! Every king that screws her makes me feel alive!!
Bodarc, I played again tonight and the same old story prevailed.
Lost EVERY STRETCH of positive EV that was present. Lost every split to more than two hands. Never got a picture card after a double on 11.
And on my very last shoe, lost EVERY SINGLE HAND where the count called for a bet more than the minimum. Played with two ploppies who won hand after hand as was reflected in the count.
Lost $1275 overall and my losing streak amounts to over 11k. My overall profit from playing about 165 sessions is now a measly $625. $7.3k has now been lost in nine sessions. My last nine sessions now run to a probability of 0.38% of this result or worse.
I will admit that this losing streak has finally worn me down because I now do not believe I will ever win another session. If I actually won money at expected EV, yes it's worth playing. This losing streak has convinced me that this game is no longer worth playing.
