Common counter error using CVCX or CV Data

A big error that people seem to make using CVCX is not understanding that the optimal bet at +1, for example, is for the entire +1 bucket, that being 1.0 thru 1.99. So, optimal ramping, depending on factors, will show, let's say 1x25 at 0, and 2x50 or 100 at +1. A shoe at RC 5 or 6, after the first hand does not, in my judgement constitute a raise, unless you don't mind trading a bit if variance. In other words, RC of 6 after hand 1 does not constitute the raise suggested, but RC 9 does.

Today I saw at least, the 3rd high stakes counter raising big at 1.0 true after hand 1.These are the examples. All 1x25 to 2x50, 2x100, and 2x 150.

Just trying to educate what those buckets are about.
