Does anyone have a video that demonstrates 'dealing seconds?
Video is worthless for detection purposes.
You CANNOT see it if it is done well.
If the noise level is low you can hear the
audible click as the top card snaps back
into place after the "second" is dealt.
If you are uninterested in detection, then
you must be interested in performing this
classic cheater's move. In that I won't assist.
Dealing seconds is a clever part of some magic tricks. I don't see the point other than that. In a casino, the dealer will be eventually caught. Private games can be split into low and high stakes. Low stake games don’t require manipulation because the players are idiots. In high-stake games, getting caught is a high-stake risk. That is, finding yourself below sea level. Besides, even in most high-stake, private games, there are enough idiots with too much money. I think Worm is an aberration. Just my opinion. But, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t pay attention.

I believe that casinos have employed dealers who could deal seconds in the past to cheat customers. The so-called "cooler," LARX-3 whose purpose in life is to eliminate the player. I'm not sure if casinos still use these types of dealers but I'm sure there are rouge dealers out there who do deal seconds to unsuspecting customers without a doubt.
Low stakes games don't require manipulation? Really? I think a player is more apt to lose their life for dealing seconds or cheating low stakes players compared to high stakes players. Most high stakes players don't want the dirt on their hands and they don't have the heart to carry out such a task.
Your best bet is to search for these videos in the context of sleight of hand in magic tricks. This is probably as concise as it gets. I learned how to "deal seconds" a few years ago when I was first getting into close-up magic. There are some slight visual nuances that make it apparent—albeit subtly so—when somebody is dealing seconds. It's a bit cumbersome to explain in text, but the best advice I'd give is to pick up the skill itself and record yourself performing the sleight. I don't think casinos would use dealers that employ such tactics nowadays, though I admit I haven't been consciously scrutinizing them in this particular regard.
