The correct and common meaning of "unit", in this context, is a C.C.'s minimum bet.
That is correct. Unit should be referred the minimal bet. I just want to point it out that a few people refer their max bet as unit. So I propose to distinguish big unit (max bet) from small unit (minimal bet).

I read and study constantly and it is beyond my belief that a person wouldn't pick up a single book to advance their knowledge. It never ceases to amaze me!
Bodarc, I had BJ3, left it at Americas Best Value Inn in Tunica, drove back 2 hours to retrieve it and it was gone. The manager and AIDS denied finding it.

When I first bought it, I was only interested and playing a 6Deck H17 game and found much of the book of less use to me. The marh, the great research work was way over my head. I will consider getting another.

I don't understand - why did you buy BJ 3 - I would normally assume that you bought it to improve your game - so clearly, if you drove 2 hours to retrieve it, you must have felt that it was something if value.. If that is in fact the case, why not apply the same logic to software. I'm curious, however, to find out if you repurchased the book.

Zee, I was talking to this lady at one of the Tunica casinos. She had paper and pencil and was figuring diligently. I said "What are you working at so hard?" She said "Figuring out what bankroll I need. I got this book that was left at Americas Best Value Inn where I clean rooms. Now I know how to compute my ROR and bankroll needs."

Please don't ever leave this forum Zee. You are an inspiration to me!

Actually, studying a worthwhile book or two is Step #1
    while attempting to use
N.W.'s Software is a step up from
there ~ especially as ZeeBabar hides behind a smokescreen
of not wanting to learn anything that takes more effort than
babbling the same things, reworded, over and over again.
Incidentally, he often references his age. I am much older !

We should not continue hectoring him for seeing himself as
that "old dog who cannot learn new tricks."

Edited my Typo, mis-referencing Norm W.

K.W.'s Software? Did you mean N.W's software (Norm Wattenberger)? I, and I am certain, many others would love to know if there is other valuable software for blackjack and other casino games available from K.W.

See Post #19 by ZMF. That's why I was questioning whether he made a typographical mistake when referencing "K.W.'s Software".
