    CSM finally beaten.....

This will be a bomb but a book is going to be published soon to show how to beat them......

If i knew how to do it, sure i would not write a book about it.

But someone took advantage of the inventor......long story.

BUT, it is extremely complex and you need to be a genius to work it out.

Btw, this is my first post and its not a joke.

Put me down as skeptical but potentially interested - as long as this isn't 'pay $25 by Western Union to find out THE SECRET!!!1'.

As far as i know, it will be published in a book, no money asked.......
I find that absurd as casinos will be aware of it....
However, it will be impossible to do for mere mortals, its mind blowing.
I was just told vaguely the basic of it.
    I am simply an outsider

You know a title or an author name? Time frame of when release will be?

I know the title name unless its change before the publication, don't know the time frame nor release.
Once more i will point out the extreme difficulty of the system, the word system will be put after a name, that name will be the name of the inventor.
Once more, i can not believe how stupid it is to publish a book about it..........any comments?

Your first post, huh? So, you are not a former member of this community and you have no interest in advertising or selling this book, you just sought out a blackjack forum of people unknown to you to clue them in on this in advance out of the goodness of your heart? Forgive me for my cynicism. You might start off telling us how you found this information out, how you found Qfit's Forum, how you know that we won't misuse this information, why you have such hatred for the casinos, why you do not feel you should respect the secrets of the CSM inventor, whether you also made a first post at the other blackjack forums, and what's in it for you. Other questions will follow. If it is true, the information will come out soon enough with or without your intervention, but IMHO, not soon enough to prevent the reprogramming of CSMs everywhere to be updated to eliminate the possibility of the information in the book being used to compromise casino security. In fact, you have already spilled the beans and casinos everywhere that use CSMs are calling the manufacturer to get his assurances that no one will be able to game the system. He of course will oblige them or be faced with lawsuits that will quickly throw him into bankruptcy. And casinos, once alerted, as you have kindly done for them, will always have the option to hand shuffle or to switch to ASMs until the CSM snafu can be straightened out. It really seems to me that your early notice is meant to appeal to the greed of APs everywhere to take advantage of this sure thing insider knowledge that can rob the casinos with information apparently stolen from the inventor. It is privileged information and there is potential prosecution in play for those who have (or will) misappropriated it:
...if a trade secret is acquired by improper means (a somewhat wider concept than "illegal means" but inclusive of such means), the secret is generally deemed to have been misappropriated. Thus if a trade secret has been acquired via industrial espionage, its acquirer will probably be subject to legal liability for acquiring it improperly. (The holder of the trade secret is nevertheless obliged to protect against such espionage to some degree in order to safeguard the secret. As noted above, under most trade secret regimes, a trade secret is not deemed to exist unless its purported holder takes reasonable steps to maintain its secrecy.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trade_secret

So what is the title? And who is the author?

All info comes out eventually so I have ceased getting upset over it. I'm always grateful I got to play something for as long as I did before it gets burned out.

A lot of published AP info starts out with ... "This is confidential, cap'ece?"
I see a clear line of distinction between discovering how to beat a game from one's own intelligence, including the use of computers as a tool, and using protected trade secrets. Once Das Buch was published, any claim of confidentiality was null and void and rested entirely on the purchaser's voluntary decision to honor the author's request for continued confidentiality. If the inventor of the CSM deliberately gave up his secrets regarding the operation and processes involved in CSMs there is no liability to those who subsequently possess it; he is then only liable to those whom he promised confidentiality, i.e., the purchasers or leasers of his equipment. If an inventor treats certain information as a trade secret, it is de facto a trade secret. If others are able to reverse engineer and discover that secret, then no violation of the law has occurred, but if someone steals this knowledge from the safekeeping of the owner, and the owner did take reasonable measures to protect this knowledge, I believe that is when misappropriation comes into play.

Clark Cant wrote about shufflers when they first came out. If this book is about anything other than the 126 then what is the point? ZG were you answering for the OP or were you referring to something else? Or are you the OP?
