    "This webpage is not available"?

What can I do to avoid this message: "This webpage is not available"?

I get the above message frequently whenever I attempted to log onto this website. What's going on? Are cyber hackers attempting to disrupt this website by overloading with billions of log-in attempts? Have any other guys here experienced the same problem?

    I've never had that happen.

I got that a long time ago. That and other issues were solved when Norm suggested updating my browser version. I have had updates crash my computer causing me to reload the software to get back to where I was so often I use the if its not broke don't fix it approach to upgrades.

You will get that message if you attempt to access any gambling related website from most large businesses. Just Google anonymizer and use one to get around the block. I found one when I was on jury duty that worked with no install.

For whatever reason. I cannot access this site using Google Chrome. I am forced to use Internet Exploder.
I know it's on my end but I gave up trying to figure it out.

7 is my lucky number. I finally get through onto this website now on the 7th day! I've used AOL, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, & even the Tor Browser!
Except for http://blackjacktheforum.com/, I get through all these gambling sites below without any problem:

    Bj21.com
    wizardofvegas.com
    blackjackapprenticeship.com.

    Go figure.

We block TOR. It may be that you are using one of the thousands of IPs we block. If it happens again, type What's my ip into Google and e-mail your IP to [email protected].

Norm, thanks for your recommendation. I email you already with my IP address before I need to wait for another 7 days :-) Please unblock it. Thanks. Best Regards, Adrianno.

Your IP is not static. Some of the IPs you use were also used by a person that made threats of violence and were blocked, giving you intermittent problems. I unblocked them.

    Thanks for unblocking my IPs.

    Questions:

    1) What is "static" as in "Your IP is not static"?

    2) How can other guys steal and use my IPs to make criminal threats?

    3) Can a casino ID me as a "skilled player" when I use its in-room-free-WiFi to surf bj websites?

Some people always have the same IP; while others share a pool of IPs. For example, AOL users share.

Not stolen. Just using the same pool.

    Theoretically possible. Damned unlikely.
