    72 hour fast

    Whenever any of you you get sick, dont eat for 3 straight days and watch the magic happen. No drugs, hormones, and thousands of dollars of medical bills. Fasting cures all. After 24 hours, HGH levels increase above 2000% in men and 1300% in women from baseline levels. After 72 hours, your body begins to completely regenerate itself and starts to regrow stem cells. Let the process of autophagy(your body's spring cleaning mechanism), which usually happens around 20 hours, let it completely detox your body and clear up all that bad bacteria and inflammation in your body. They wont teach you this in medical school though because there's no money in a fasting lifestyle. If everyone started fasting, doctors and big pharma would be out of business. Spread the news kids.

    Does this method apply to cancer?

    No - I have tried fasting. It seemed to work at first. For awhile the cancer was gone. But then ZK started posting again.
