The Law For Gamblers by Bob Nersesion...........a review

Having just completed the reading of the new work done by Robert "Bob" Nersesian in his new book, "The Law for Gamblers", I wanted to offer an opinion on its merits. I have previously read Bob's other book, Beat the Players" and found it helpful.

I will start by suggesting that this book is "MUST READ" for every AP in all facets of gambling and casinos.

It is topically organized and highly instructive.

I came away with a heightened sense of concern about many aspects of AP world that I was perhaps aware of, but did not have clarity. Bob suggest this book's contents and it's plentiful references will serve many AP's and attorneys as a guideline for their efforts.

Kudo's to Bob for a work that I believe will be well received and valued in the AP community.

Which brings up an interesting point brought up at lunch today with an AP friend (book was t available in Canada a couple of months ago, will take another stab with my kindle later).

Could use some opinions. I am a Canadian resident and citizen. I have a US based credit card with my first and middle name only. The bank is well aware of this. I have no intent to use this card for any type of ID as it pertains to US government reporting. My friend suggests that this could still lead to issues with law enforcement - with the idea that this ID, mixed in with my regular ID, could raise a flag.

Could even be addressed in Nersesians book.

ID's & Alias are a chapter and this type of situation is addressed.

For those interested in this apparent high end book, search Robert Nersesian vs. Bob Nersesian. You'll save yourself some time.
