Loss rebates, even modest ones in term of %'s will easily overcome the
disadvantage that one has with CSM's and accompanying fine rules, which
will provide a house edge of 0.1% to 0.2%. The difficulty is that the casino
will always require high betting minimums and credit or "front money" that
is beyond the capacity of mere mortals like you and I. A six figure amount
in cash is a hefty sum in the world in which I reside.

I am based in Singapore for these trips, so I have visited both the casinos more than once. I can confirm Singapore DOES have all CSM for blackjack. Spoke with a dealer about it who told me that shoes used to be present, but they installed CSM precisely to combat the possibility of counting. The CSM blackjack is better at Marina Bay Sands than at Resorts World Sentosa (Genting). Table minimums never drop below $25 at Marina Bay. At Sentosa there are usually $10 blackjack tables. Table maximums at both locations are very high, even going as high as $200,000 SGD on the main floor (roughly $140,000 USD). There are several restricted rooms as well. It is quite entertaining watching the Asians playing massive sums on Baccarat.

Marina Bay Sands rules are 6 decks, S17, DA2, DAS, RSA to 3 hands, ES vs. 10 and LS, no hole card. Sentosa is the same except doubling is confined to 9-11 AND any doubling or splitting done against a dealer blackjack loses ALL bets.

Other games offered at these casinos that are not seen in the west. "Three pictures" is one. Check their respective websites if you have interest in others. I can confirm that Baccarat in Singapore is played according to the Wizard's unconfrimed report, where Banker wins on 6 pay 50%, making the Player bet significantly more favorable.

I have reason to believe there are not favorable blackjack conditions in Malaysia. I have reports from Singaporeans of cheating in Cambodian casinos, as there is very little to no regulation. Play with caution. I will visit the country within the next three months and report what I can. No information on the communist country of Laos, I can only imagine it will be similar to Cambodia.

I am planning to stop in Macau in 2 weeks. If anybody has specific conditions they would like me to check on or confirm feel free to request and I will try to report back.
