As for the emotional swings, try not to let the losing get to you. It'll eat you up inside if you dwell on losing sessions and replay hands etc. Unlike your act, I feel like emotions when it comes to swings (winning or losing) need to be stone cold when you're away from the table. It's hard cause we're only human and sucks especially when you have to endure losing streaks that go on for hundreds of hours but it comes with the territory. Stack the cash, reward yourself, buy some nice things, have a couple good experiences with the money and live a little! Repeat.

That back off I had was to being naive that no casino would ever back off a red chipper. Learned through experience is to not under estimate any store, and that wont happen again. I was being completely obvious and was playing a slow graveyard shift on top of it. Like I said I learned my lesson to not underestimate stores based on your bet sizes.
