    Hi-Lo Indices, minimum TC to bet <?>


    "Hi-Lo Indices" appears to be for Single Deck,
    and "minimum TC to bet" I see as a curiosity.

    Draw when "100C/n is greater than or equal to the number". These don't seem to be TC indices. I am guessing C is RC and n is the number of cards remaining? Defining C and n would be helpful. I see the second link defines them as I have speculated.
