CV Data Ace SC playing strategies

I am trying to figure out how to program an ace side-count system for playing. I know you can use it for betting by putting in an ace-richness adjustment. But how do I program it for playing decisions (i.e. low for insurance or 16 v. 10, but high for hard doubles, etc.) I looked at the example chart, and could not figure out what it was doing.

You need to set up a multi-parameter sim. There's a sample multi-parameter table included for Hi-Opt I. I've never seen much improvement.
