    For the young 'us here;

    A.C. BJ, in the late 70's, had ES, so that it was "positive off the top"

    I retired from my professional position in 1992.

    I was in my 40's.

    I turned pro with $10,000

    It was easy to win money way back in the 20th century.

    My BR high point was $310,000, reached after just one year.

    BR dropped to $200,000 due to overbetting, and other difficulties soon thereafter.

    My BR rose again, and in 2005 I spent $245,000 for a new house.

    My BR was down to $55,000.

    It soon topped $100,000 and remained there for almost a decade;

    With periodic purchases of bonds in the last few years, my cash

    bankroll has hovered around $75,000.

About Blackjack: The Forum

BJTF is an advantage player site based on the principles of comity. That is, civil and considerate behavior for the mutual benefit of all involved. The goal of advantage play is the legal extraction of funds from gaming establishments by gaining a mathematic advantage and developing the skills required to use that advantage. To maximize our success, it is important to understand that we are all on the same side. Personal conflicts simply get in the way of our goals.
