It ultimately depends on what your goal is. Is it just to play part time for leisure and some extra cash or to win as much as you can? You'll regret it one day if you get tossed and feel like you didn't go as hard as you could, and that feeling is awful, trust me. Even worse, another AP may swoop in and burn out the game. The fact is at this point your days are numbered no matter what you do, they've tolerated you this long, wear the timebomb proudly and go out in flames when you do.

...it's my only local store so my only options now are to go during the 4am-10am times and play unrated with staff that doesn't know me ....

you should make all shifts, particularly this one as it's likely to have less experienced everything, part of your rotation at your home store....and of course, the tables will be less crowded, too
