The 6th Edition of T T o B J is priceless.
I keep a copy at my bedside and a copy in the glove compartment of my sports car,
as well as several additional copies on my bookshelf - that I hand out ad lib.
The mathematics is beyond almost all of us, but there is great info to be had there.
Bad guess Shadowless,
To varying degrees, almost every A.P. I have known, embraces frugality to keep a low social profile,

when compared to Most of California, Boston area, N.Y.C., Long Island,
etc. That said, mine is one of the least expensive in my area.
