    Helpful Answers Abuse

I find the Helpful Answers feature to be quite useful, and surprisingly accurate. However, it is subject to abuse. That is, someone who starts marking many posts in a thread or regularly marks numerous posts from a person they don't like as negative. For example, one of the member's in an argument marked nine posts in one thread in the last day. Surely nine posts in one thread in one day are not all memorable. Basically, this is ballot stuffing and invalidates the vote. Abuse of the feature harms the usefulness of the feature and misleads members. I've never done this, but all of a user's marks can be removed with one click.

We are here to learn, teach, and share. Not to take part in petty rivalries.

About Blackjack: The Forum

BJTF is an advantage player site based on the principles of comity. That is, civil and considerate behavior for the mutual benefit of all involved. The goal of advantage play is the legal extraction of funds from gaming establishments by gaining a mathematic advantage and developing the skills required to use that advantage. To maximize our success, it is important to understand that we are all on the same side. Personal conflicts simply get in the way of our goals.
