I think what he meant was: "NEVER EVER get blackjack advice from YouTube, that's the dumbest thing to do ever, you should of just hit your head against a wall. (btw im a black jack dealer/professional troll so i would know)"

Please stop searching youtube for blackjack video's before you find some that can be really damaging to your play. (inside joke among the members that have been around for a while)

I recall Scarne advising to split TT vs T in his book Guide to Casino Gambling. That's worse than doubling.

If you remove the blackjack chapter on Scarne's big book, it's a good reference. Pity he had to include that embarrassing chapter.

Given there was no hole card she should have been more conservative doubling down vs the dealer 10. It would suck to draw the 10 then the dealer gets blackjack and you lose both bets.

Ive seen a lot of these streamers lately playing the live blackjack online. Are they shilling for the sites to draw in more players? I admit I like to watch some of these for the LOLs and entertainment. Yesterday Sodapoppin chunked off 20 grand and he does a good job of showing alot of emotion while playing. http://www.twitch.tv/sodapoppin/v/6622862 about 3 hours in is when the live blackjack play starts. Like I said I wonder if they are just paid shills by the sites and given play money. IDK the emotion seems real when he loses but of course it could just be a good acting job. He makes thousands in donations and subs a week I imagine so if it really is his own money 20k isnt much to him.

Hmm, I didn't realize it was ENHC. Basic strategy says she's only supposed to hit against dealer 10. I think this is only if the dealer takes both your bets on a blackjack. If dealer only takes your original I think you're still supposed to double.

I've read in some comments on those videos that they are shills.
