These are cards used with peeker devices, and are not available to the general public. The system depicted above is an alternative to MaxTime. See this link for an explanation of MaxTime peekers and the card manufacturers who can produce cards for MaxTime:

I have some. In my day (don't know if they do it anymore), when casinos were done with cards, they often gave them away at the cage. All you had to do was ask for them. High rollers could often get entire boxes (a dozen?) of slightly used cards. In addition, many casinos sell used decks in their gift shops. So that they can't be reintroduced on a game, the cards often have holes punched in the middle or have the corners cut off. But, if the cards were the kind marked for the peek device, those black marks would remain.

A lot of casinos will give you 12 decks of cards (1 case) if you ask. They will have holes etc cut in them so they can't be used.

I bought a discard rack so I glue them together and use them for deck estimation. Somehow computerized deck estimation doesn't look quite the same.
