Believe it or not I do try to be polite. I know I don't always succeed.

In this case, I am not sure if he is thinking about the cut card effect, which could effect house edge by a miniscule amount, or whether he is confused or possible thinking about something I am not familiar with, so I am asking for an explanation.

    I dont think so.
One would really have to be dumb to say that penetration affects the house edge making reference to the cut card effect.
Not once in my life have I seen penetration as a factor when calculating a game's he.

I think he thought you didnt know that penetration affects your edge as a counter.
    Lancehac?

Is that when the dealer offers insurance after flipping over the hole card?

BTW, the store to which you refer about S17 games, also had a second pit with S17 $25 games when I was there recently. It's not far from where you played, but up a few steps.

Fixed the late 'surrender' not insurance. Maybe I should just email you my posts for proofreading.

Thanx. I will check out second pit. I really don't expect this scenario to continue....it doesn't make sense. Although with the casino industry.....
