I love the CE on the one hand playall sim. You are better off paying someone else $5/hour than playing.

So if you play all, spreading 18 to 1 at $25 table with $12,000 bankroll, your RoR is 40%, while WI/WO dramatically reduces the risk. Seems you have to Wong in / Wong out.

Win per hr is $63.42, SCORE is 31 instead of >50. N0 is 32,688 which definitely needs to be reduced and you'd need a larger bankroll than that to play this spread but we don't know the trip BR of the player nor how many hours he intends to play or if he has some other advantage over this game or if he can get by playing $25 to $450.

This is the same sim. I increased the bankroll, increased the number of hands/hr, and increased the penetration by 10 cards. All of these things affect CE. I also added a little back counting. Now we might have a little better game. I think it is always worthwhile to search for a dealer giving a few cards better penetration.
