Wasn't me, and I haven't visited anywhere like that - well not in the UK. The nearest I've been to that level of oppulence was when I visited the beautiful casino in Baden-Baden in Germany, which was quite a few years back now - unfortunately not somewhere that warrants a return visit (IMHO).
