How to play multiple hands in cvbj on iOS?

I'm trying to play two hands, but I'm unable to select a second table spot. I have two seats available, but when it asks for me to select how much I want to bet, it places the bet for the first spot and then deals the cards.

Am am I doing something wrong?

    I'm using iOS 8.3

    Thanks in advance
    Johann

Either tap customize or from the home page tap betting strategy. You can tap a cell in the betting table and select hands as well as units.
