    Using an alias name

So after playing for about a little over a year I finally got barred from my first casino (sls in las vegas) which I was supposed to stay at for the weekend. What made things worst was that I was playing rated, to get the comps. So the next day I checked out and called another host at the New York New York and she set me up for the rest of weekend. When I went to play I gave the floor man my players card and shortly after I was placed on a flat bet. I did this because I wanted to see if the SLS blacklisted my information. Now I'm stuck, I can no longer play rated, at least with my information. I used to use my cousins ID before I was 21 to drink and party. Now I'm thinking of using it again to play rated and get the comps, which I dearly valued. Obviously now I'll play with more camo and smaller spreads. But if I get caught with his ID and credit card (which i need to check in) am I looking at legal issues???
    please help

I would not risk it. The advice is to play at one casino chain for the comps and play at others for the money.

SLS is a sweat shop. Everyone gets tossed from there. Don't feel bad about it.

i was using a 1-10 spread 25-250 with some good camouflage. I even would place big bets no matter what the count was every time the floor man checked my average bets so i would get a good rating. I felt that alone plus misplaying hands here and there was enough. SLS got me good. I felt no floor heat the eye upstairs was on to me.
So do you guys think my information is blacklisted among casinos??

You were flyered by SLS. (FYI, New York New York is a notorious sweat shop as well). The bad news is that your photo is likely all over town. The good news is that in a month or two they'll forget all about you It's a bad idea to play for comps. Just play your regular game and utilize mail offers to stay on.

So after two months he can play rated again? I don't understand that. Won't his name still be in some kind of database?

No, your players cards are toast. You'll have to get a card under a fake name or via a friend, either way you won't easily be able to use comps without a matching ID. Flyers die down then you can play anonymously.

Databases are a nuisance but aren't career destroyers. BOLO Alerts and SIN Alerts are a bigger short term threat.

Hotels are cheap enough in Vegas that you should forget about comps. Simply play unrated and blast away. You'll give up more in EV trying to play under the radar than the hotel will cost you.

I'm guessing he means BOLO in police terms meaning be on lookout. Not sure of SIN.

SIN = SURVEILLANCE INFORMATION NETWORK, aka Biometrica.

Thanks Tjr5259 and 21forme. That is about what I thought. If BOLO is be on the lookout for why is it worse than being flyered? BP said it was worse than being flyered so there must be a difference between the two.
