Depends on the joint and the night. If it is a small place, only 2 tables open on Friday/Saturday nights. Bigger place, 8 tables or so and they have one $25 minimum table. There are NO places with more than one $25 table on any night of the week.
If it's a weeknight, pretty much all the places save one have no more than two tables open. The biggest place has plenty of tables open on weekends, but the penetration is terrible on every table.
