Do floor people have the option to make just about any decision to straighten out a problem at a table or does the gambling commission have rules for just about every conceivable problem?
Last time I played there were 2 players and the first player got a blackjack and the dealer paid him. I was sitting on 3rd base and holding my 2 cards and the dealer took all the rest of the cards and started to shuffle. I was going to double a 9 against a 6. The floor person said to just shuffle the cards. It didn't seem fair to me and I was wondering if they can pretty much make any decision they want.
