I am able to push through a 10-1 spread on a 75% DD game. According to your statement I would be an anomaly.

You are an anomaly. Or maybe it's the locations you play and their higher than normal tolerance levels that are the anomaly.

Different individual places as well as different regions have different tolerance levels for sure. For me, in Vegas, which is lower end of the tolerance level, especially for DD, I think Flash's range of 1-4 to 1-6 is about right and even that has to be short sessions. A 1-8 spread, especially a 'traditional' 1-8 spread, just won't be tolerated for long.

I use a 1-6 spread at DD. That defining spread as the difference between your smallest wager and largest wager, not your starting wager to your top wager. In a 6 deck game 'smallest' and 'starting' are one and the same. In a DD game, not necessarily. That is as close as I can come without spelling it out, which I don't want to do. This method may seem a small differential, but it really makes a difference as far as heat and attention.

I know what you are talking about KJ; believe it or not. I conceal my spread; it looks fairly harmless but it's not.
