Never played one. If the machine instructions do not specify, how would anyone know? If the instructions do not specify, I would assume it to be no better than a CSM game, which most APs avoid like the plague.

    Also never played it.

    No. Disadvantage.

Assume that if you're placing bets electronically, they can be readily analyzed and your account will be flagged.

I would further assume that the shuffle point is unfavorable.

The killer will likely be game speed.
May the cards fall in your favor.

If it's blackjack then it's likely going to have a player disadvantage for basic strategy as basic strategy isn't very complicated. They wouldn't put a game out there where any schmuck could walk up and get an advantage.

You should probably describe the machine/game. It's not very clear to everyone whether this is a type of CSM (continuous shuffling machine), an electronic form of blackjack or some other device (such as one that keeps track of cards/bets or other information).

Good point I hadn't thought of, assuming a set number of decks and no reshuffle after each hand or number of hands. Otherwise, there would be no point in applying card counting strategy.

eh, I should have known better than to say that. But as a general rule, I wouldn't expect them to give an edge in a game that's relatively simple to play unless it's a promotion. I wish the VP in my local stores were any good, you can't even comp grind their non-existent comps because even the best ones return less than 93%.
