Wanted: UBZ II Pamphlet

Years ago I had George C.'s UBZ II pamphlet but it was accidentally thrown out during a move. I tried to buy it in Kindle version from Amazon, but the index charts are unreadable. I think I found it at Pi Yee Press, but I hate to pay almost $30 (with shipping) for a 20 page pamphlet when all I'm really looking for are the complete 2-deck indices. Does anyone have a copy they'd be willing to part with for a reasonable price, or a suggestion for another place where the indices can be acquired? I realize the indices can be generated with the right software, but I play only occasionally, and I don't have said software. Thanks for any help you can offer.

I have it and I am willing to part with it.
I was thinking of switching to UBZII at one time but found it too complicated for the amount of time I spend playing.

If you check out one of the recent threads in the announcement section, Norm said that he implemented something that prevents automatic programs from collecting the e-mails (to eventually spam).
