    Chances?

What are the chances of getting hired by a casino after being backed off? I think I will try this the next time I get backed off and will ask for employment. Any chances of becoming a floor supervisor or surveillance? I got a 4 year business degree as well to hopefully tilt the side in my favor

I've heard of offers on the spot. Otherwise, very unlikely. They see counters as something near child molesters.

Business degree could get you in the door as a floor.

A pulse will get you a job in surveillance.

Moo should I just apply for the position than? You think a bachelors is enough for a floor supervisor. From what I read you need some casino work experience. I mean I technically got casino 'work' experience, but I obviously won't tell them what I do lol

ZenKing their going to laugh at you. There may be chances that you will never be able to play in a casino again without getting seriously harassed if you do that stunt. Great thinking ZK! You do that and tell us all how it goes. So now you want to be the one backing people off huh? Is that a part of your sinister plan? So what are you going to say when you back off or backroom your first card counter?

The degree is great, but there's a very small chance that they'd hire you after getting backed off, unless you were other-worldy amazing at your game and "cover", with emphasis on the cover portion which from what we've discussed, you have little. It used to be that guys in "large tourist" places (LV, AC) would be offered jobs and whatnot, but that was before all the high tech "in your face" goodies from what I've been told.

On top of that, depending on how you got the BO, they might be inclined to share your "Counting Expertise" with many others just on the "insult" of asking for a job. Be very, very careful with how you handle such a situation.

That "pulse" one is so absolute "on point" with reality lol.

Even with a 4 year degree and "counting" experience, you won't get put on the floor. You'll have to go through dealer training school, then pass your exam, then likely work a shift for 3-6 months at the very minimum.

The "angle" you should be going for is surveillance, and somewhere you'd have to let them know you're a counter, and that's super risky. Should they bite, however, you'd probably take a pretty "hands on" position with them, likely a little further up the totem pull than the "just a pulse" guys.

Why not be the one backing people off? Its not like he actually plays! lol. And you know what he's going to say on his first BO/BR "Are you T3/Exoter/KJ from TBJF?"
