my first flat bet order

I was in M chain house in Vegas playing DD s17, head to head in multi grave yard sesions, got back off and told that I can only flat batted. My qestion is, how long this ban will last? In all store in their chain? How about the store outside of this chain?

Who cares if they flat bet you. Be like, ok flat bet me, and then just wong the hell out of the games with a flat bet of what you think will be a worthwhile EV. Id ont understand how casinos think they're so smart when they flat bet someone.

Actually what you should say to them is, ok you can flatbet me, but you have to promise that is the worst you will do to me and record them without them knowing agreeing to it. Once you start destroying them by wonging in and out with a high flat bet, they will go back on their word and you can take action

If they have your name then it could be toast everywhere, but don't let that stop you. Play unrated. If you must play rated can you play shoe games, would be a good test to see how tolerant they are. Just be sure to stay away from that shift for awhile.

Personally, I have been backed off at a M property and have played a sister property a couple of times using a card with no problems. YMMV

In theory forever. In practice I'd avoid that store for 3 months and that shift for 6 months at least.

It seems like a bunch of people in this thread have the desire to get trespassed. If your goal is to ultimately come back and get the money, why rub it in their face? Best to leave quietly and come back in 6 months and play unrated from now on.

Their promise is not legally binding. They can do whatever they could do legally before the recording after the recording. ZK you can't make them do what you want. The not often mentioned art to counting is getting away with as much as you can. That is done with subtlety not force.

Welcome back from my ignore list ZK. Hopefully you learned the boundaries of the site after all those bannings. Like all the others that ended up banned I warned you. Norm is far more patient than I would be but I am patient. By the time I see it coming a pattern of behavior has been established and if it continues Norm eventually takes action. Some actually listen to me. People like that at least prove they are trainable to others trying to get teams together or looking to network. People that like to mentor promising APs don't waste their time with untrainable or tough to deal with people. Anyway, I hope tat is all behind you now. There are other sites that welcome that kind of behavior but this site doesn't. I warned a couple others lately. We will see how that goes.

I understand it's not legally binding. What I meant to say is try to make it legally binding somehow, maybe get them to sign something after they take me to the backroom. Although unlikely, that was my point.
