I'm wondering if there are plans to release modern blackjack 2nd volume on kindle?
It was a while back when Kindle’s came out. I did the conversion for Amazon on Vol I. It was not easy. Kindles work best for novels, not academic texts with tables and charts. Vol II didn’t work out at all. I tried converting for Nook; but the B&N conversion software was so full of bugs it was unusable; and it literally took over a month to get one response from support.
LuLu had a conversion done to of both volumes to ePub, supported by Adobe Digital Editions, which I believe is supported by PC, Mac, Nook, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android and Sony Reader. It’s available at:
LuLu: http://www.lulu.com/shop/norm-watten...-18401189.html.
Barnes & Noble: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/mode...=9781257144013
iTunes: http://itunes.apple.com/us/book/mode...76882103?mt=11
But, I’ve never seen it.

Kindle Fire works really well as a PDF viewer. I imagine that the recently announced Kindle HDs will be even better due to higher resolution screens and faster CPUs. Conversion to PDF is relatively painless and formatting is well preserved.
Would you consider a PDF version of the books?
Understandable, but ebooks are no safer. There are free tools available to strip DRM out of amazon ebooks. Once that's done you can use a tool like Calibre to convert the ebook to any other format. Granted, this takes a bit more knowledge, but it just takes one smart cow...
I may be in the minority, but I don't mind paying for useful content. I own the soft cover copies of Modern Blackjack Vol 1 and 2, and the Kindle version of Volume I.
