Payables aren't the major consideration. What is the machines theo and how much total vig do you have to give to get the desired level of mail offers. Remember with VP you're not playing to beat the game, you're playing to beat the marketing department.

Also, on the 9/6/2500 I assume there isn't the extra bonus for playing the 5th coin as would be from 1000 to 4000 coins on full pay. Therefore, what's stopping anyone from playing 1-4 coins, not accounting for total coin-in for mail purposes.

I would assume there still is a 5 coin bonus. I believe the usual scale is 250/500/750/1000/1250; the 2500 replaces the 1250 (the 4000 normally sits there).... sacrificing half the payout to not play the 5th coin.

Thank you, i think you might be right. I temporarily had a brain fart and accounted for a 500 coin start, therefore no bonus as 500x5...
