What are the player's advantage?

I was playing in a casino at the east coast in the eight deck blackjack games with the following types of rules. 8 deck H17, DAS, no surrender, no RSA about 75-80% penetration. I know that as an AP this game is horrible. They have a new dealer dealing the cards and she don't know how to add so she hit her hard 17s. I want to know what is the advantage if the dealer hit her hard 17s?

If she did it every time, my estimate is that the advantage is tremendous. Maybe 2.5%. You should edit out the casino name and its location. Don't alert the casino and milk it as long as possible.
