    CVDATA: Generating risk-averse for H17. SD&Shoe.

When I turn on risk averse I lose the table options. At first I assumed maybe all risk-averse indices were the same but was told otherwise. Also, is it possible to get indices by the the half true count with CVDATA I learned all the half-truecounted indices for S17 I would to do so for H17 if possible.

With RA indices, generate one set of rules at a time. Actually, I always do this even without RA.

I tried H17 DAS but it still look like a S17 chart 12v6 -1 instead of -3 for example.
