What wouldst thou use? The Liberty Bell? The Gateway Arch? The Washington monument (of Baltimore)? All of the above including LV skyline? I think we should keep it for at least another year, then decide if games remain so good throughout the land that maybe a map of the US (and Macau?) might be more appropriate.

Come to think of it, it already has the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, King Arthur's Court, a pyramid, and the old Imperial Palace. Guess that covers a lot of ground.

It's amazing how many places there are to play. Been to Vegas three times this year; Tunica 3x Twice before Harrah's closed; once after. Bossier City once; heading there again, soon, I think. Rest of time has been in the Sooner State. Oh, and one time in Arizona/Phoenix area. Every place is different but when you put it ALL together, entertainment, number of places, diversity, and just pure "wattage", there is NO comparison to Vegas WHATSOEVER! Although my experience is limited I'm sure, I think that both the ability, intelligence and competition is highest or keenest in Vegas, whether you are talking about pit critters OR the players. It seems like strength begats strength.

Freemont Street Experience. Its a lot easier to say "FSE" than "those casinos in downtown under that magical big television overhead thingy". It also helps to distinguish which area/s of downtown you're referring to I suppose.
Part of it is personal experience. It felt like a bunch of 9-5ers on the operational side of things, didn't seem to sweat the players on each and every play, pretty friendly personnel as well.
Whereas the Cortez, everyone's an uptight, holier than thou asshole watching every single action you make, including why you decided to adjust yourself in your seat after a 45 minute stint. Was he really uncomfortable? Or was he hiding a super computer in his pocket? Ban him anyways I don't care what the answer is.
At least, that's how I perceive them.
Correct.
When I first began counting I made the obligatory pilgrimage to the Spaniard's lair. In short order they put a speed demon dealer on me heads up. It was fun, but I was saying to myself, wtf, I know I am being watched six ways to Sunday, and if I max too much in plus counts I'm a goner, unless I lower my max and do it some in negative counts, too, in which case I'm break even or loser, so the long and the short of it was, "I'm outa here! Thanks for the fun ride! Bye bye!" I was not experienced enough to just camo a little and see if it was enough to fool them, plus I did not know how to control the pace myself at that time, plus it was such fun keeping up with the dealer and matching wits with the house-- it was like "show me whatcha got!" I did break even, however.

4x a year, 9-20hrs per visit. Just came back from my 4th qtr visit. Lost most of my strip sessions. Profited from downtown. Cashing out from downtown is a bit of a challenge. I got interrogated a bit, cashier phoned obama and asked clearance from putin.
For greenies, I would recommend excalibur because they don't give a sh1t.
Visited SLS but didnt play. Witnessed a guy with a stack of yellows about a foot high, flat betting 3spots. Table min was 2k, 5k max DD. Two pit critters watching the table like id1ots as if that guy can win.
