    If you believe in the TARGET system, then yes, there are "good" tables and "bad" tables. Ask Jerry Patterson if there are good and bad tables. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_L._Patterson

    Not withstanding some peculiarities that can arise from different types of trackable shuffles, you are likely just a victim of variance.
