Card counting alone no longer is viable.

It is my belief that card counting is no longer viable in blackjack because the dealer don't deal out the full deck. That makes an accuracy rate of +/- remaining cards. No matter what way you count hi/lo or any other counting systems, it's simply too inaccurate.

Kind of silly. If card counting is not enough, why are casinos continuing to back off counters and why are so many full time card counters and even more part timers earning from it. Yes, when variance hits you, you begin to doubt the math.

To simply say to another that they are not doing it right when it's probably no longer viable, and read, and keep at it is disingenuous.

We have no proof either or. Do you know anybody whose been barred? I use to work in a casino and card counters there were none - this is in california where cardroom games are player friendly.

Look, you can decry my sentiments, but do you not agree that there is a +/- of what the dealer doesn't deal out.

The only thing is you can hope that those not dealt out are proportionate, otherwise it makes no difference.

So in just a few minutes of being a member of this site you have concluded that:

1). Card counting does not work

2). Martingale betting system does work.

You are either here only to make noise and rattle chains, or you have some serious work to do.

I'm not say that the Martingale System works. I'm pointing out the advantage.

Do you agree or disagree? If not, tell me why I'm mistaken. We can discuss it out.

I disagree. It is a fact that no betting system can overcome a negative EV situation (house advantage). All they do is change the loss distribution patterns.
