how do casino personnel look at ap/counters

In the eyes of a casino personnel we would be winning 4 times to as many as 20 times as often as ploppies do. How can one not" jump out " when compared to a ploppy? i was literally asked for a $100 tip when i am up $1 k as if that is what I make every session. What a bunch of IGNORANT ,greedy, jealous , ploppy dealers! Actually I am glad they are ignorant.

I regulary tip even in vegas where nobody knows me. Some dealers are just douche bags, I get sarcastic thank yous for tipping/betting $5 for them. It's not much but the house matches it if it hits and usually the tip is on high counts. Sometimes I think not to tip at all.

I'd argue that being up quite a bit doesn't necessary mean the dealer thinks your an AP. However, you're right that some casino personnel believe AP's win every time. I'm sure most only know what they've been told, which is APs/counters are bad for business. Some are certainly more knowledgeable than others. However, most don't discriminate when hustling for tips. Some dealers will go after ANYONE that makes more than they bought in with, as they feel they "helped" the player win. It's easy to set the tone when you start playing by mumbling something to the effect "let's hope I can get back to even." I never mention an amount, but regardless of how much I walk away with, I always try to give the impression I'm making up losses from other games. It can help stem the begging.

My point is when we play a good bj game with 2 % or more advantage vs the traditional ploppy 1% disadvantage. The ap/counter is gonna look like they win a lot more often than they should as compared to reg. losing players( ploppy). Any more ideas for me to get these dealers off my back? If any dealers or pc read these message ,who know? I always like them to have to think and guess what exactly we/i am saying. as a good idea/knowledge of the topic is necessary. It is just like when people talk about some play i really have to think about it or keep digging before i can understand it.Why make it easy for them ,They certainly are not gonna go easy on me.They make their money quite a lot easier than us, especially some nice joints that have a lot of action.
