I will say that these guys are every bit as good as JG, and so are their associates.

I've been in similar situations ("Show ID or we are calling the Police") to this case on an Indian Reservation casino. I wonder how this case would have been different if it had occurred on the Rez?

I would like to hear what JG has to say on the subject, it would be nice if RWM invited him on his show. After all he did write a piece on spending a few nights in the "Card Counters Detention Center" as he called it. http://www.blackjackforumonline.com/...funnything.htm

Blitz.....don't you get from this that JG doesn't seem to be too eager to be on the show?

Well maybe he just needs to be asked (again) if that is the case.

My teammate and I had the pleasure of working with Kyle & Dye, as well as some of their associates/friends. I've had many ups and downs, but without their friendship and guidance, I doubt I'd be where I am today. Very nice and extremely smart guys.

When we first met, this incident was relatively fresh. They briefly mentioned it but I hadn't thought of its significance at the time. Now that I've matured quite a bit, I have even more respect and admiration for their determination.

Kudos to them for fighting and winning!

You could always let BD interview you, similar to your interview of him about VP

Bob has interviewed me several times. You have to dig back a couple years ago.

My question is, was the lawsuit worth it when all things (like future play) are considered? 200k split in half and minus lawyer fees doesn't leave a lot in today's numbers.

What are you saying, that it would be better not to have 200k minus expenses?

20 years ago many people were hesitant to sue because they were worried that by suing their name would get more exposure, and it would be harder to play in the future. Well it has been clearly shown that this thinking was completely wrong. Tommy Hyland has sued many casinos over the years, has been a poster boy for Griffin for 30+ years, and still manages to play. JG sued not only casinos, but Griffin, and the freakin Gaming Control, and he still plays more hours than 2 or 3 average players combined.

No, I'm glad they won but it just doesn't seem like they ended up with enough. I don't know the legal fees but needless to say they both ended up with way less than 100k each and I'm not really convinced that they'll be able to play just like they used to.

They have continued to be successful. This incident has not hampered their ability to find and play a winning game.
