how to manipulate players to get a head to head game

I came across this method accidentally as
a way of manipulating players off the table
so I can get head to head or close to it.

when too many other players are at the table and
I have amassed a bunch of chips such as $12.50 bunches
from a blackjack on $25 bets, then I ask the dealer to
"color up my chips." this slows down the game for awhile
and causes the other eager players at the table to get
impatient and nervous so they move onto other tables,
leaving me behind to play with less players at the table
    or head to head.

I find this very effective to get a better game.

    any comments, suggestions?

This would absolutely not work here where I play as most people are immune to slows in play. You'd have to stop showering, smoke like a chimney and cuss like a sailor to even get one person off the tables out here.

Request a $100 Minimum Table with No-Mid Shoe Entry and No-Smoking Sign. Split 10-10 the first chance you get with a small bet out, hit 12 vs 6 a whole bunch. They'll run away as soon as you take the bust card.

The count is climbing and there you are with your 4 tablemates engaging in small talk as you are playing. The other players are discussing what they do for a living so you mention that you are a doctor just getting back from studying a SARS like outbreak in a small province in China where a lot of chicken farming takes place. A few minutes after that you begin coughing steadily.... the table will be clear within seconds!

Wow, someone with memory good enough to remember the spelling. I hope you used that strength of yours to memorize all the indices for your count.

I was at a table when an older Asian women with surgical mask pulled it down, and started coughing my direction. I watched my last loosing bet being picked up by dealer from 20 feet away.

I don't know if some of the replies bordering
on displaying obnoxious behavior are serious
    or just for fun.
I think that showing some of these serious
illnesses etc can be counterproductive to
getting along with the pit and dealers, and
    counterproductive to longevity.
in my case the pit knows me, as I am
a regular player there and I need to keep
    good relations.
coloring up is natural and does not bring
any negativity to relations with the pit.

    displaying dangerous contagious diseases
can have negative consequences I think with
    respect to the pit.
