How much should I bet ?
I have a game(not BJ) which player edge = +12.55% and variance=22.25.
Should I bet max(since ev>+10%) or bet according to Kelly Criteria, i.e 12.55/22.25= 0.56% ?

Bet based on fractional Kelly unless you have a good reason to bet less. There aren't many good reasons to bet more. So bet 0.1255/22.25*k*BR where k is your chosen Kelly fraction between 0 and 1, and BR is your bankroll.

Other factors include
1. Will the casino choke on a player betting max at that particular game and kill the opportunity
2. Are there big payoffs where tax forms and giving up your identity play a role and are you willing to give that information
3. Are you willing to buy-in for more than $10K in a session if needed
