No. What you are describing isn't a dealer 'tell'. It's a criminal act. If you are comfortable with that, fine. I wouldn't be. No different than breaking in after hours and those stealing chips. You did not win them honestly and they simply do not belong to you.
I play blackjack for a living. I am an AP. I am not a criminal, nor does the fact that I make my living in a casino mean that I forget about what I know is right or wrong. My value and morals are not for sale for a few casino chips.
