Use the comp and play unrated at other MGM properties. (Stay and Stiff).

The comp was based on your play at your Home casino.
You are not guaranteeing any play at the Inviting casino.
Remember you shouldn't play where you stay anyway unless you play other games there to throw them a bone.
Beware the fury of a patient man.

If you play rated and are barred by MGM it will cost you your ability to play rated at all MGM properties in the world and possibly your partner casino back home. Casinos in Vegas tend only to report backoffs to sister casinos inside their chain with a few exceptions (Boyd, Stratosphere and a few others report to Biometrica, Cosmopolitan reports to OSN).

No they won't. Your home base casino really doesn't care what MGM/MIrage thinks of your profitability. Maybe you got to Vegas and hated their casinos. Your up-front comp is based on your previous play at your home base casino and there are no play requirements so stay there and play elsewhere. Protect your real name and real players card for when you really need it. A well connected friend told me that most people in Griffin and Biometrica who aren't already notorious team players got there by playing double deck on the Las Vegas Strip or elsewhere around the country. you will make more money playing the shoes, the rules are better, you can spread massively, and use virtually zero cover. Just keep your sessions reasonable (i.e, don't just sit there going from min to max to min to max multiple times). If you play long enough even players on shoe games get nailed.
